- Due to their handmade nature - cupcakes may have a slight variation in shape, size and colour.
- We require a deposit of 20% payable in advance for all orders totalling over £50.00.
- No order is guaranteed until we have confirmed your order via email or on the phone and taken payment.
- Planet Cupcakes delivers free of charge within a 10 mile radius. Any deliveries outside of this area will be subject to a small delivery fee which will be discussed with the client prior to delivery.
- Due to the nature of the products sold by Planet Cupcakes (edible), we do not accept returns. Planet Cupcakes only offer refunds in the unlikely event that you receive the incorrect product or if the product is of unsatisfactory quality. If this is the case please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and return the product to us in it's original packaging within 5 days.
- If for any reason you need to cancel your order you must do so in writing.
We require a minimum of 7 days notice before the order is required to qualify for a full refund. Cancellation after this time will result in losing the full amount.
